JESS LYNN
JESS LYNN FITNESS
INTEGRATIVE MOVEMENT SPECIALIST, CELEBRITY TRAINER
Jess, E-RYT500, has been devoted to the practice, study, and instruction of yoga since she first encountered its joys and benefits in 2000 during an undergraduate class at Northeastern University. Deepening her passion for movement, Jess became a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, certified in the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Ladder Barrel, Mat, Chair, and Springboard. She has been trained in Hatha Yoga at the Aura Wellness Center in Attleboro, MA, Aerial Yoga at Rasamaya in Dover, NH, and Barre at the Movement Center in Milwaukee, WI. Since completing her numerous certifications, she has taught Pilates, Lagree, hatha yoga, aerial yoga, and circus arts domestically (New York, Long Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts. Colorado, Oregon, Wyoming, Wisconsin, South Dakota, Florida, and Illinois) and internationally (Europe, Asia, Central America).
In 2012, Jess broadened her expertise in mindful living by earning a degree in nutrition and a master's in Cellular Regeneration and Detoxification from SUNY and The Natalia Rose Program. She also completed a health coaching program at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC. Jess assists individuals dealing with stress, weight issues, and specific dietary needs to achieve optimal health through behavioral, dietary, and lifestyle changes.
Her fitness journey grew when she embraced SLT in 2014, becoming both a devotee of the Lagree Method/Megaformer and an instructor. In 2015, she became a Certified Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Science Association, enhancing her understanding of anatomy and physiology.
In 2016, Jess took on the role of Director of Fitness at East End Row in Southampton, showcasing her abilities by developing the fitness program, training instructors, and growing the business from the ground up. Its early success led to the opening of a second location in NYC within five months and a third in East Hampton in 2017.
After an eight-month cross-country journey, Jess settled in Colorado and continued to expand her repertoire. During Covid, she worked for a Pilates franchise in over 20 locations and helped them thrive through uncertain times eventually placing her in South Dakota to fix another broken studio. After enduring an abusive and toxic work environment at that corporation, she liberated herself and made the empowering decision to launch her own business. As someone highly skilled in her profession, she also values working with other certified and well-educated instructors, which she found lacking in the franchise arena. She strengthened her resolve and worked to create a studio founded on respect, fairness, and genuine care for the staff and members. Reformed Xo LLC was born.

Absolutely not! We know most franchises have become predatory and force members to pay exorbitant fees and lock you into a contract they never let you leave unless you pay excessive fees. Reformed is NOT a franchise and refuses to treat clients in such a manner. We believe that you should love what you do, feel great when you work out, see results and want to come to class. Therefore, you can come and go as you please at Reformed. If you sign up for a monthly membership, your card does get billed every month, but you can cancel it at any time, even the day before it is set to auto-renew.
